While our storefront is in NC, we have supplier warehouses located in other states. Depending on your order, it may be shipped from one of our other warehouse locations. 

Our website will always showcase a fantastic selection of home decor.

We also stock products and furniture that is only available inside our storefront.

As well, several products may only be listed and available on our online store.

We strive to offer a wonderful selection of home goods in both places but know this can also be a little confusing sometimes. If in doubt or you see something posted on our social feeds, please reach out to inquire about availability.

When you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.  

We strive to ship in-stock merchandise within 7-10 business days. Some items ship directly from suppliers or from one of our other warehouses which may take additional time. If items are out of stock or backordered you will be notified via email with the approximate ship date. Please note items ordered together may not arrive together.

Once your order ships you will receive an email with with carrier and tracking information.

Don’t forget to check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting us in case the order confirmation has been diverted there. Get in touch with us here, if you still haven't received a confirmation email.

Shipping charges vary by carrier, and are calculated when you checkout.

At this time, we do not ship outside the Continental United States.

All orders must be shipped to a physical address. We do not ship to PO Boxes or AFO/FPO addresses.

Shipping carriers vary depending on the products ordered.  We ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

You will receive an email including tracking information when an item is shipped.

Yes, but only for the items that state in the description, that it is available for local pick-up.

Note: If you do not see an option for local pickup in checkout, then the only option is shipping to your address.


Online purchases are eligible for return up to thirty (30) days from the date of purchase and refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Item must be returned in the same condition as sold with original packaging. We do not issue return authorization. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of return. We reserve the right to refuse any item that is past thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.

To return an item email us with your name, order number and the tracking number for return shipment. We will process your refund once items are received. You will receive email notification when your refund has been issued.

Damaged Shipments

Unfortunately, mistakes can happen in transit so please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive your order and it is damaged, we want to help you get a replacement.

Please email photos of item and packaging along with description and order number to info@willowtreeandcompany.com. Do not discard the original packaging. We will contact you with additional instructions.

Please remember to purchase with a purpose!

Unfortunately, mistakes can happen so please inspect your delivery immediately upon delivery.
