Your complete design, ready to hand to your planner, coordinator, venue team, or trusted setup team.
Covered: Every wedding area, from the main entrance through the cake and dessert display, is planned on paper.
We provide:
- A digital copy of the Modern Rustic Wedding Style Guide for your signature style
- Custom wedding color palette and inspiration board
- A written design and styling plan for every wedding area, from the main entrance and signage through the ceremony, reception tables, bar, buffet, cake, and connected signage
- Décor and placement recommendations
- One revision
You handle: Sourcing and setup, or passing the plan to your planner or venue team.
Note: When you purchase the Design Plan, you'll receive an intake form with questions that help me gather your information that I will use to formulate your design plan.
Arrival & Ceremony

Our décor for the first half of your day: arrival and ceremony only.
Covered: The main venue entrance; welcome, guest book, card, and gift area; ceremony entrance; ceremony focal point; and ceremony aisle or pew ends.
We provide:
- Design of every covered area
- Willow Tree and Company décor selected for the design, which may include linens, runners, lanterns, flameless LED candles, pedestals, sign holders, and decorative accents
- A written placement plan
- A complete, labeled décor inventory checklist
You handle: Picking up the décor, transporting it to and from the venue, setting it up to the placement plan, repacking, and returning it.
Not included: Reception areas. Coverage ends after the ceremony.
Full Wedding Décor

Our décor for the entire day, from the venue entrance through the reception.
Covered: Every space, from the main entrance and welcome area through the ceremony, reception entrance and seating display, cocktail hour and bar, guest tables, sweetheart or head table, buffet, cake and dessert display, and connected signage.

- Willow Tree and Company décor selected for every covered area, which may include full-length linens or runners, flameless candles and holders, trays, risers, pedestals, lanterns, mirrors, easels, sign holders, and decorative accents
- A written placement plan
- A complete, labeled décor inventory checklist
You handle: Picking up the décor, transporting it to and from the venue, setting it up to the placement plan, repacking, and returning it.
